Welcome to Fairdeal.bg – a platform that brings together various merchants and manufacturers offering their products in one place. For your convenience, we provide detailed information regarding the organization and terms of delivery for ordered goods.

 1. Delivery Organization

All participants on the Fairdeal.bg platform (sellers, manufacturers, distributors) organize and perform deliveries of ordered products independently. This means that Fairdeal.bg does not handle transportation directly but provides the technological environment for communication between the buyer and the respective seller.

Each seller has their own logistics channel or partner courier company through which shipments are sent. The delivery conditions, times, and prices are determined by the specific seller listed as the vendor in the product description.

 2. Orders from Different Sellers

If you place an order that includes products from more than one seller or manufacturer, they cannot be combined into a single delivery. Each seller will ship their part of the order separately, and for each shipment, you will receive a separate notification and tracking number (if available).

This means that you may receive your products:

 on different days,
 via different courier companies,
 and with separate shipping fees, determined by each seller.

 3. Delivery Areas

Currently, merchants registered on Fairdeal.bg deliver to:

 The Republic of Bulgaria
 Romania

Deliveries are carried out through licensed courier companies (such as Econt, Speedy, Cargus, Fan Courier, etc.), and prices are calculated according to their current tariffs and terms.

 4. Delivery Prices and Timeframes

 The delivery cost is calculated at checkout or confirmed later by the respective seller.
 The usual delivery time is 1 to 5 business days for available products within Bulgaria, and 2 to 7 business days for Romania, but it may vary depending on the warehouse location, destination, and courier partner.
 For custom-made or special-order items, delivery times may be extended – in such cases, the seller will inform you in advance.

 5. Tracking and Communication

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification containing delivery information and, if available, a tracking number.
For any questions related to a specific delivery (delays, address changes, preferred delivery time, etc.), please contact the seller directly. Contact details can be found in the seller’s profile or in your order confirmation.

 6. Additional Terms

 Some sellers may offer free delivery above a certain order amount or during promotional campaigns.
 Fairdeal.bg is not responsible for delays, damages, or inaccuracies occurring during transportation – such issues should be addressed to the courier company or the seller.
 All shipments are sent with the possibility for inspection and/or testing (if offered by the seller) and with the option for cash on delivery, where applicable.
